The Napa Valley Wine Train

Mr. Anglemyer appraised the Wine Train several times over the past 18 years for various reasons that include: Acquisition/Disposition; Loan Underwriting, which included overseeing a Going Concern and Rolling Stock Valuations; A Long State Condemnation Case; and Past and Ongoing Conservation Easements for Public Recreational Trail use.

Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad

Mr. Anglemyer appraised a portion of the Denver Rio Grande Railroad located between South Fork and Creed in Colorado in 2017 for a consortium of entities interested in preserving the corridor and potentially providing future tourist train service. The corridor generally parallels the Rio Grande River.
