Mr. Anglemyer was retained by Cintra via THC Inc. in 2020 to provide budgetary right of way valuation assistance for the initial phases of Maryland Department of Transportation’s $11 billion Public Private Partnership Program.

The above picture was provided by Maryland Transit Administration.  It is representative of a recently completed project ~ I-95 and I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) toll road lane additions and highway interchange alterations in Maryland.
