Mr. Anglemyer appraised the Seagirt Marine Terminal and the abutting CSX Intermodal Container Transfer Facility (ICTF) in 2017 for Maryland Transportation Authority and Maryland Port Authority (MPA) to assist with an Interagency Transfer. The ICTF was leased to CSX Transportation Inc. and the Seagirt Marine Terminal was operated by Ports America. Together, they include 258 acres of industrial waterfront land that has 55 foot deep water berths capable of accommodating Post Panamax Vessels. The transaction allowed MPA and their operator to make it a seamless rail-to-dock facility under the same ownership and control.
