Mr. Anglemyer and Colliers Pinkard (now Cushman Wakefield) was one of five firms awarded a contract with the US Department of State (DOS) to provide real estate valuation and advisory services regarding their existing and proposed portfolio of properties. Mr. Anglemyer authored the proposal and was the Project Manager.

DOS operates in approximately 176 Countries and 290 Cities throughout the World. They support approximately 70,000 employees in more than 25,000 properties comprising over 71 million square feet of space. The estimated replacement value of their real estate holdings is $82 billion. DOS added approximately 150 new embassy compounds over the past 15 years.

Most of the projects involved appraisals of existing, historically, culturally, and architecturally significant embassies, consulates, and chanceries; market studies for proposed consulate compound sites and; staff housing ranging from multi-family buildings to ambassador residences. The contract led to other international assignments with the private sector. Mr. Anglemyer developed an international team of valuation professionals to undertake a wide range of real estate appraisal assignments throughout the world.
